SUNDAY MORNING CLASSES  IN CHEAM VILLAGE.

Sunday morning Tai Chi and Chi-Do Classes in Cheam

Every Sunday from 10 am to 12 noon in the Parochial Rooms in Cheam Broadway.   Class fees are payable monthly in advance by standing order but occasional attendance fees are payable on the day.  Parking is easily available in the nearby shopping car park behind the church.   Doors open at 9.45 to start at 10 prompt.  

Please arrive early to warm up.

The training will be open to adults from beginners to full instructor level in the Tai Chi 24 forms. (Beijing 24 step). 
Chi-Do Drills for fitness, posture, attitude, breathing and state of mind.  In view of the present situation and women's safety, elementary self defence will be included towards the end of the class.

Chi-Do Longevity forms for good health, the free flow of energy about the body and Healing Sounds.  The emotional and psychological benefits of this unique training approach is about freedom, physical and mental wellness and good attitude.

Taught by Master Tony Hardiman CDA, SBRCP (Oriental Medicine), Fellow of the Complementary Medical Association and registered as a Senior instructor in the Tai Chi Union.  Member of Deyin Institute.  At 82 years of age, still teaching and working full time as a practitioner in The Chi Clinic.

Fees are £10 per class.  We do also have a monthly class fee structure to cover one or two weekly sessions or one monthly fee of £80 to come to as many as you like each week.  Online Zoom classes are now on Wednesday morning with a hall class with Vicky on a Thursday and Friday midday at St Andrews Church in Northey Avenue with seminars on a Saturday and 121 classes by appointment. 
 
The Thursday evening meditation (8 oc) is an option of attendance here a the clinic or on Zoom for those who have kids, work late or live far away.
