Self defence for men and women is taught as part of the Chi-Do martial system. Many of the methods are taken from such as Aikido, Tai Chi Chuan and are highly effective. We do not teach under 14s as quite frankly, this is not a game but we do have fun. We only teach those who are prepared to put in the time and effort necessary.
